The owner of this site, Tam Cordingley, has been in no less than 5 ”start from scratch” home based businesses. I know about the dreams, hopes, disappointments, triumphs, and fears of either buying a business or starting one from scratch. I have not worked for anyone other than myself for over 25 years! It was a pleasure to leave corporate life to follow my dream of being a show dog handler, then leaving that life to open a home based boarding kennel. After a less than amicable divorce I sold my boarding kennel and opened a sales and service company. After a few years I relocated again and opened my first real estate company. 10 years later and a secure and easy living I sold that and began a specialty real estate brokerage. This has been the best move yet.
